Summer in Maribor starts with Festival Lent, and there can be no Lent without Wine LENTing.
Wine LENTing, a series of evening wine events, is back again this year, albeit at a “borrowed” location – on Vojašniški trg (Vojašniški Square) next to the Maribor Puppet Theatre. So come one, come all, between 23 June and 1 July, every Festival Lent day between 20:00 and midnight, and enjoy the best wines that winegrowers from the Štajerska region have to offer.
